Deep cleaning:
can be done as a one time service to intensively clean a home, such as first time visit or we called it first time cleaning.
How much does a deep clean cost?
We charge ten cents per sq foot but we can negotiate the price thats what we call it customized pricing. It means depending on the services needed. In this case, the client didnt want their windows and blinds cleaned we can negotiate the price.
Whats included?
>inside outside of all appliances (stove, fridge, etc.)
>countertops
>doors
>dusting all areas
>bathroom all aspects
>Lights, ceiling fans and AC/Heat vents
>blinds and windows
>floor and baseboards
>countertops
>change beddings
Standard cleaning:
when you decide to hire us again to clean weekly, bi weekly or monthly we charge for weekly and bi weekly .05 cents per square foot (when you live outside florence we charge extra $10)
if you decided monthly we charge 0.08 cents per sq foot.
Standard cleaning includes sweep, dust,mop,vacuum,polish appliances,toilets, sink, tubs, shower,counters,tables,empty trash.
( We charge extra $25 for washing 2 loads of laundry including folding and $5 for changing bedsheets)
We ask you to pick up all your extra clutter.
We can use our cleaning supplies or yours it doesnt affect the price.
*For Move outs we have to come and look to quote you.
*For new construction Homes we charge .18 cents per Sq. foot
