Hey .
This message has been overdue. We want to thank our customers and community for your patience with The Laundry Room. Our family has a significant investment in these properties and the Laundry Room. Finding parts for old machines, cost of repairing old and new, Vandalism, Burglary and increased overhead related to utility cost increases and taxes have made it tough to keep all of the machines in operating condition AND remain a self sufficient business.

We'd love your feedback. Would you prefer us?:

-👍🏻 to keep the costs of using the machines the same with the current machines that are working and waiting for us to be able to make repairs when possible or

- ❤️ to increase the prices(we've never raised prices in 7 years and intentionally keep the prices low compared to other laundromats for the community)of current machine cycles in order to pay for repairs/replacement of machinesqui sooner than later?

When we opened the doors in 2019 we told our customers that if the community treated the Laundry Room with respect and appreciation, we would continue to invest in it...for them. Thank you for your patience while we waited for the new dryers to arrive and be installed. We are back open and they are running(well all but two). Now up to 14 washers and 13 Dryers. Please continue to treat the business as an extension of your home. It's part of YOUR community...treat it well. Don't slam the doors, pick up after yourself, and if you see someone treating it with disrespect, speak up. We have decided not to raise our prices during these tough times. We understand every bit counts.
Thanks again for sticking with us during our challenges with the old Speed Queens. They served Randolph well for a long time.
