🚧 Construction Assistant – Full Time / Part Time

P & C Home Care & Maintenance

P & C Home Care & Maintenance is looking for a reliable, hardworking Construction Assistant to help with plumbing, restoration, cleaning, and general job site support. This is a hands-on position for someone who likes to stay busy and learn new skills in the field.

What You’ll Do

* Assist with plumbing, restoration, and maintenance jobs
* Load/unload tools and materials
* Job site prep and clean up
* Pick up materials from supply stores
* Help with demolition, minor repairs, and installations
* Keep tools and work vehicle organized
* Follow directions and work as a team

What We’re Looking For

* Dependable and shows up on time
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
* Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
* Able to lift 50+ lbs
* Willing to learn and take direction
* Construction or plumbing experience is a plus (not required)
* Good attitude and strong work ethic

Pay

* $18–$25 per hour (depending on experience)
* Opportunity to grow into higher paying positions

Schedule

* Monday–Friday
* Occasional weekends as needed

Location

* Jobs throughout the Inland Empire area
