Then you may be perfect for A Better House Cleaning Company LLC! We are a local, residential cleaning business based in Rancho Cordova, CA servicing the Sacramento area. Most of the cleaning involves maintaining high-end homes.
Hiring cleaners NOW! Our cleaning techs average 20-40 hours a week at $20-$24/per hour after training. Training starts at $16/hr. per hour. Our house cleaners are all trained to be confident so they can really take great care of our home cleaning clients. Due to the nature of the role, we are looking to hire somebody with their own car.
Some Requirements from You
• Prior experience working as a professional cleaner is a PLUS but not a must (full training will be provided)
• Must have a driver's license, insurance, and dependable car
• Must be able and willing to have us run a background check and drug testing (ma*****na not included)
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to lift at least 30 pounds
• Smartphone with texting, camera, and GPS
• Speak fluent English
• Be motivated to provide excellent service every day!
• High standard of cleanliness
• LIVE IN OR NEAR ONE OF THESE AREAS: Sacramento, Rancho Cordova, Citrus Heights, Fair Oaks, Carmichael, Roseville, Folsom, and surrounding areas
Skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of health and safety standards and the ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely
• Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask and maintain schedule while responding to incidents
