👻 **WINNER STORY SPOTLIGHT: THIS ONE TOOK A TURN.**

A pest control tech opens the crawlspace and says the infestation is worse than the photos.

He sets the traps.
Sprays the walls.
Leaves the receipt.

Normal enough.

Then that night...

The scratching starts again.

Only this time, it’s coming from **inside the walls**.

And when he knocks...

**something knocks back.**

By morning, the traps are empty.

The receipt now has **his own name** written across the bottom in something that looks like chewed paper.

Then he calls the company.

The receptionist puts him on hold.

And through the speaker...

he hears **his own voice** calmly telling someone else:

**“The infestation is under control.”**

Yeah.

NOPE.

🎃 **ONE OF OUR WINNING SPOOKY PEST STORIES COMES FROM CHERISE... AND THIS ONE ESCALATED QUICKLY.** 😳

It started like any good Halloween horror story:

Tossing.
Turning.
Scratching.

Then Cherise Kala looked down and realized she had company.

**Bed bugs.**

Her reaction?

**“AW HELL NAW.”**

From there, it was full emergency mode:

🛏️ Strip the bed
🧺 Wash everything
🔥 Dry it all
🗑️ Get that bed OUT

And yes, the story ends with the bed in the dumpster.

Pests... they’re just like us. 😂

A woman dressed as a bumblebee. A bumblebee dressed as a woman.

At this point, we’re not sure who’s copying who.

Either way, October costume season is bringing out everybody’s alter ego.

The fun part is dressing like a pest.

The less fun part is when the real pests start showing up around your home looking for food, warmth, and a place to settle in.
