First you start, then you improve 🤞🏼
Sometimes people see a business today and think it happened overnight… but it didn’t.
This November will mark 8 years since I started this company.
We started in the bedroom of my apartment, because I didn’t even have an office yet. Today, we have our own office.
We started with just a couple of employees. Today, we have a team of more than 40 full-time employees.
We started with one work car. Today, we have company cleaning vans, branded just like I always dreamed.
We started serving just a few clients. Today, we get to serve so many more families and homes across the triangle.
We started with a notebook where I wrote every client manually 🤯 and honestly, it was a mess. Today, we have an online calendar system used by our entire admin team to better serve our clients.
We started taking simple photos and videos on our phones. Today, we have professional photos of our team and content that shows the heart behind what we do.
None of this was perfect in the beginning.
And it definitely didn’t happen overnight.
It took time, mistakes, learning, passion, and a constant desire to improve.
To every client who has trusted us, referred us, opened the doors of their home to us, and allowed us to grow: thank you✨🥹🫶🏼
