SiteClean Queens will be 1 year old in December! I don't post or share our progress alot. We are always slow burn. As I am building from a business my father has been doing for decades (focused on maintenance services for real estate companies), I've had to constantly "check" myself and my motives along the way. This business isn't about my personal life but the legacy i intend to leave for my children and those I love. So, I'm building consistent and intentionally slow. Old Katrina would be going gusto ahead! But wise Katrina knows how she tends to get in her own way, so...

In this 1st year we've:

1. generated 4-figures in revenue
2. gained two consistent contracts
3. Finalize our business model
4. Built a website
5. Have consistent traffic from our website and Google and Yelp pages (so much that I turn down 90% of what comes my way because of #3)
6. Built an infrastructure so that in 2025 we can begin to focus in our 1st 5-figure revenue year.
7. Solidified partnerships
8. Gained hired our 1st co-cleaner
9. Lost our 1st co-cleaner
10. And so much more...

Next year goals build from this 1st year.

The goal is to maintain what's working, build from it, make mistakes and quickly pivot. Keep the focus and intention of this business at the forefront of my mind at all times. And don't give up...even if i gotta clean on my own.

Build your dream from the purest part of you...be clear about what works for you so you can be consistent and focused.

-Make decisions quickly yet thoughtfully. When you can't be thoughtful then don't be quick.

. SiteClean Queens was hired by real estate development firm to do a final clean on a new construction in Knightdale, NC. The unit was an accessory dwelling, 2 bed 1 bath approx 500 square feet.

Cleaning done:

✔️Wash windows and windows seals
✔️Sweep and mop floors
✔️Clean bathroom (sink and toilet)
✔️Wipe down baseboards
✔️Remove items
✔️Wipe down doors
✔️Remove all debris

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️We're intentionally a slow burn but SiteClean Queens: Commercial Cleaning is rocking and rolling. We landed a client with multiple sites and did a deep clean this morning!.

The clients staff was so impressed she asked if we do residential cleaning. Before I could say "no", my assistant for the day jumped in and said "YES WE DO!" 🤦🏽‍♀️😅

After I gave him a side eye 😒, we talked about it and decided we will add in residential cleaning for a specific clientele. Our focus will remain CONSTRUCTION and COMMERCIAL cleans but recognize we can offer our signature model to residential clientele as well.

Anyway, it felt so good sending off that invoice, sending off those before and after pictures and scheduling the next clean. 😉

My uncle challenged me to consider what will make us stand out from competitors- my answer is to deliver quality services even if we're not the cheapest ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Slow steady movement is the path to quality 👌🏾.

14 days ago I was texting with one of my close friends who is also a brilliant entrepreneur. I wanted to learn investing in real estate BUT! I want to earn as I learn. Meaning, I'm clear of the steep learning curve so I want to jump in and figure it out as I go. But! In a way that won't stress me out 😖

My 9 to 5 as a Division head is stressful enough!!

In less than 60 minutes SiteClean Queens: Commercial Cleaning was born and in less than 7 days, all the website and business structure set. 7 days after that, we've already started pitching services and sending out capacity statements and connecting with property developers.

In total I've invested less than $200 to get up and running.

I'm sharing because....just MOVE!

Do it unsure, do it with what you have.

I've not landed a client yet...but my marketing and sales game is in full force and I'm ok with FAILURE! I'm ok saying I'm figuring this out as I go!

My sis said "ok 1 developers down now just do that same pitch a hundred more times until you land something! That's the game!"

I'm not new to entrepreneurship I've founded and ran a business featured in national publications with clientele all over the US. But this situation is new!
