A Friendly PSA: there is a company with a similar name to mine, they opened well after my business was already established! They're fully aware of the similarity and have unfortunately chosen to use my reputation to their advantage rather than do the right thing by changing their name.

If you have NOT seen my face or heard my name, you are NOT using my company! I am on every single job site regardless of whether I have an employee at the time or not. This has been a common issue lately for some reason. I'm assuming they're branching further out into my service area. You ALWAYS get the same cleaners at every appointment. I also have a 100% work guarantee!
