Self Motivated

Valid drivers license & reliable transportation to and from the warehouse

Team attitude a MUST!!

Preferred, but not required:

Truck Mount System experience

Previous carpet cleaning experience (Tile, grout, oriental rugs included)

Air Duct Cleaning

Carpet Stretching experience

Cimex Cleaning experience

Warehouse experience

Bonnet cleaning a plus

IICRC Certification a plus

Commercial vehicle driving experience (Box trucks)

C.A.R.E Services, a locally owned Water & Fire Damage Restoration Company is seeking a Water Mitigation Technician in Raleigh, NC and surrounding areas. You must have at least 2 years of excellent service with experience water mitigation. An IICRC Water Damage Restoration Certification(s) is preferred, but not required for this position. If you are not certified, this will be available through employment.

Job Responsibilities – Work performed in this position will adhere to the following job requirements:

Emergency Water Extraction
Deodorizing
Basic Machine Maintenance
Basic Truck Maintenance
Maintain Equipment Inventory
Inspect completed work
Excellent communication skills with customers and management
Complete Tech Logs
Use of technological tools as required
Perform Emergency Water Extraction and Drying Services
Provide project documentation
Demolition
Job Requirements

As a Water Mitigation Technician, you must be available for 24/7 response to emergencies while on an on-call rotation. Basic work hours are 8-5 M-F but may require some evenings and weekends.

Other requirements include:

* Experience working with basic hand tools and demolition

* Must be able to lift 50 lbs;

* Ability to pay extreme attention to detail;

* Demonstrate excellent customer service skills;

* Must have some prior experience in water/fire/mold mitigation

* Xactimate knowledge/estimating experience a plus but not required

* Must be willing to work nights and weekends if needed

*Able to work in tight spaces

* Demonstrate a can do attitude to help grow the Raleigh location;

* High school diploma – or equivalent work experience;

* Must have reliable transportation and a stable work history; valid drivers license

* Must be age 18 or older;

* Eligible to work in the USA; and

* Ability to pass a criminal and drug screen.
