This homeowner was having issues with water intrusion during heavy rains. Water filling up the gutter; bathtubing over the back of fascia into interior. Combination of spring debris blocked outlets and lack of proper drainage per length of gutter. An additional downspout was installed at halfway point of this 70ft section.
