We are looking to add another Rock-star employee to our Staff on our Lighting and Pressure Washing Crews

All of our uniformed crews leave from our facility in South Raleigh, in company trucks, with company provided tools needed to complete any work order that a crew is assigned.

Uniforms provided by J&L

CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Traveling with a coworker in company trucks to customers' homes and commercial properties.

Hanging Christmas lights, installing wedding lights and Landscape lights.

Cleaning windows, Pressure Washing, Gutter Cleaning and Roof Washing in a safe and professional manner according to the techniques learned during training.

Training takes an an average of 2 weeks

No High Rise. We do not "Drop" from buildings

Expectations : - Following instructions given by operations manager - Relaying all job related issues to the office manager - Keeping your coworker on task and getting jobs completed on time and to company quality standard

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS - 18 years or older - Able to start by 7:00AM if needed - Able to work Monday – Friday - Manual Dexterity - Required to kneel, reach, climb and balance - . Ladder work is a necessity. Must feel comfortable on 24' and 32' ladders. - Have a clean driving record - Able to lift 50-60lbs

COMPENSATION The starting pay rate for this position is $17.00– 25.00 per hour during training depending on experience. Quality technicians have the ability to grow and move up in pay scale quickly. Will transition into pay for performance pay. Average $20/hr to $55/hr.

Our crews travel all over the Raleigh Area and sometimes across the state cleaning windows, washing and gutters at residential customers' homes inside and out as well as large multi-unit buildings and associations. Paid time in the vehicle between job sites.

COMPENSATION The starting pay rate for this position is $17.00– 25.00 per hour depending on experience. Quality technicians have the ability to grow and move up in pay scale quickly. Quarterly reviews take place every 90 days with potential for up to $1.00 raise every review.
