I got to go back and clean this beautiful house I done a few weeks back and I inserted some of the old pictures of before and the afters. They took my advice and ripped up that old carpet that was stained and smelled awful and put flooring down. The previous owner had just let their animals destroy it and nothing was making the stains come up. It’s so pretty now. And this house is also for sale so if you’re interested let me know and I could put you in contact with the realtor!!

A lot of people ask about pricing. So, the way I price is by coming to the house and seeing how big or how much is wanting done, and how long I think it will take and give an estimate then and then usually come clean it the next day or sometime that same week. I cleaned a double wide yesterday and it took me a total of 7.5 hours and two days work. I honestly did not realize how bad it was when I first saw it. But I had already set a price and I wasn’t backing out on my word. Thankfully he was very kind and paid extra. The end total for it was $280. It was a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. Maybe that helps and gives you an idea.

Okay guys more before and afters. I’m not going to lie this stove was tougher than I thought. This was an hour and a half just on it with a scraper, three different cleaners, and two kinds of pads! It looked better than when I started!
