This role is all about running the business side of the business — helping keep our finances organized and visible, our people systems(HR)running smoothly, and our internal projects moving forward.
What this is:
• Finance reporting & organization
• HR coordination & onboarding
• Administrative systems & structure
• Internal project management
What this is NOT:
• A field operations role
• A bookkeeping-only job
• A clerical admin position
We’re looking for someone who:
• Loves bringing order to chaos
• Is comfortable with numbers and people
• Takes ownership and follows through
• Enjoys building systems that actually work
