New low pressure pre-soak. Arkansas bugs and road tar are very stubborn. This new alkaline pre-soak should be better than the old green stuff.

I wasn't happy with the last tire cleaner and pre-soak so I've swapped it over to a much more expensive product. And it's this awesome purple color to boot! Let me know what you think.
