I seriously can’t say enough good things about Jeff and his crew.
We called them super last minute, and they were able to come out the very next day and work around our schedule. They even showed up early and finished early, which honestly never happens with contractors 😂
We have a 3,000+ sq. ft. house, several rooms that needed cleaning, heavy furniture, and three big dogs, so this was definitely not a small job. They worked fast, but they were also really thorough. They even cleaned underneath our huge heavy bed — a place that I’m pretty sure had NEVER been properly cleaned before.
My husband and I honestly hate hiring contractors. We’ve dealt with contractors for repairs, appliances, cleaning, all kinds of stuff, and sometimes you just feel like you’re being sold something, overcharged, or taken advantage of.
Jeff and his crew were nothing like that.
They were simple, straightforward, honest, and just got the job done. No BS. No pressure. No trying to sell me a bunch of extra stuff.
My husband wasn’t home while they were here, so it was just me. I’m an Asian woman, English isn’t even my first language, so I can sometimes be a little cautious having contractors I don’t know in the house when I’m alone.
But I felt 100% comfortable with these guys the entire time. They were professional and respectful, but also super friendly and easygoing. Honestly, it felt more like having a couple of good neighbors helping me out than having strangers working in my house.
At one point I was trying to deal with something really heavy in the house that had absolutely NOTHING to do with the job they were there for. Jeff saw me struggling and helped me out anyway. It wasn’t his job. He didn’t have to do it. He just helped because he’s a nice guy. I really appreciated that.
And the biggest thing: my husband had been having a really hard time with the dust and particles in our carpet. When he came home after they finished, he immediately felt a huge difference and could breathe much more comfortably. That meant everything to us.
So, Jeff and crew — THANK YOU. You guys made a really stressful situation so much easier for us.
And if you’re sitting here reading reviews trying to decide whether to hire them:
Go hire them. They’re great. And tip them. Seriously. 😂
