"First impression: professional.
The first thing I saw was a company vehicle which was clearly marked, fairly new looking, and very, very clean.
Next, the two gentlemen who exited said vehicle were both well groomed, and clean. Clean pants, and clean company shirts, well-combed hair. You get the idea.
Both were VERY polite and explained the process they would be using to clean and protect the roof and keep the surroundings as clean as possible.
When they finished, they showed me the roof, explaining the guarantee, and showed the clean grounds - indicating that they left no mess.
The whole thing was finished in 2.5 - 3 hours.
I hope everyone who works for this company is as good as these two, because I will be calling them again in a few years for a follow-up!"
