As our company approaches 6 years of service, we reflect on our beginning and pay tribute to the person who helped establish it. Damon Clements’ family operated and local business originated from Jerry Churchill’s company Al & Art's Septic. A great friendship formed between Jerry and Damon during frequent trips to King County Metro. Jerry often recounted tales of his septic business, surviving polio, and of his military career as a Top Gun pilot. Jerry expressed to Damon that if he ever started his own company, he should be the first person to call. Inspired by Jerry’s huge character, great advice, and love for his customers, Sterling Septic & Plumbing was founded. In the beginning Jerry doled out numerous jobs to Sterling and business became well established. After several years of working in unison, Jerry became ill. The decision was then made to impart Al & Art’s customers to Sterling. Jerry passed soon after. Sterling Septic and Plumbing aspires to provide the same level of service and honor Jerry’s traditions in our business. To this day we remain grateful and inspired.
