We’re looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and honest to grow with our cleaning business!

⭐ What We Need:
• Reliable attendance — being dependable is a MUST
• Honest and trustworthy
• Able to follow directions well
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation required

🚗 How It Works:
For the first month (at minimum), you’ll be training and cleaning alongside me. Most mornings we’ll meet at my house and ride together to jobs unless the cleaning location is closer to your home — then we can meet there directly.

🧼 Details:
• Residential home cleaning
• Supplies provided
• Cleaning experience preferred but NOT required
• Starting pay: $20–$25/hr depending on experience
• Opportunity for raises and promotion to independently cleaning homes after training

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants steady work, growth potential, and to be part of a small business that values reliability and hard work.

We scrubbed each step clean and then polished with wood oil to bring out that natural color again. 😍

We just met the sweetest clients for an estimate and my heart is just so full. 🥰 I love it when I leave somewhere and feel like family instantly. These are my people, this is the reason I started this company. To grow a family of clients that care about me like I care about them! THERE ARE STILL GOOD PEOPLE OUT THERE!!

PROGRESS! This has been 6 weeks of weekends organizing and decluttering this one bedroom apartment(this is just the kitchen). When I first entered, The kitchen had been inaccessible for a couple years, we broke down that wall and have a clear path to everything now. This feels so good for the tenant and for me, my heart feels so full knowing that after all the long hours, we are making progress and this WILL feel like a cozy home again. 🥰

When we provide an estimate, we ensure that the client is charged the agreed-upon amount, without incurring additional costs for unforeseen tasks. If extra time is required to complete a task not initially estimated, we absorb the additional cost. Our commitment is to deliver thorough service, addressing every touchable surface.
However, if the job's complexity significantly exceeds the estimated time, we take a break to proactively communicate with the client to prioritize tasks or revise the estimate accordingly.
