This picture is proof we are willing to do what others are not. Had a strange call on a Saturday morning where the customer claimed to have seen a huge snake in their washing machine. Honestly I didn’t believe it and started to ask my typical qualifying questions, when the customer explained they had already called three other companies and no one was willing to come out. I took it as a challenge at the least I could calm them down…. After two hours we pulled this beautiful snake out of the inner workings of the washing machine. By this time a crowd of helpers had arrived and one of them was reptile specialist. So the snake is in good hands, the customer can rest easy, and we have a super cool story to tell. 😊😂. Fyi they saw a glimpse of the snake after two days of moving into their new home.

Dampwood termite swarming season has begun! As the name suggests, dampwood termites infest wood with high moisture content. Dampwood termites need wet rotting wood in order to infest your home. So unless your home has wet and rotting wood as part of the structure, you are safe from infestation. When you see them flying around in large numbers this season rest assured most homes we inspect have no issues with Dampwood termites. Subterranean termites how ever are a complete different story. So when in doubt reach out to us and we will get you squared away.
