This house was just purchased by a customer and there was pet damage in the entryways of the bedrooms so we patched all the doorways and it came out really nice 💪

We cleaned an apartment a couple days ago that had a lot of cat urine and the renter spotted the carpet with a common spotter everyone knows that you can buy at about any store (starts with an R)and this is what happens when we flush it out, there was so much foam from the chemicals sitting in the carpet and it clogged all the little holes in our in-line filter that we use right before everything gets sucked up into the truck. Make sure you flush your carpets out with a portable carpet cleaner if you decide to spot clean at your house as almost all carpet spotters need to be extracted back out of the carpet no matter what they say. This is heavy chemical.

This carpet had to be patched because there was furniture varnish stains on the carpet. This can happen if carpets are cleaned and furniture is put back on the carpet without putting tabs or styrofoam blocks underneath the furniture until the carpet dries. Anything with varnish can bleed into the wet carpet which is really tough to remove and most of the time it cannot be removed and also furniture with metal legs can leave rust marks on your carpet so if you are spot cleaning your home with a portable carpet cleaner be sure to put something underneath the furniture, saran wrap is always an easy way to do it. 

Three things that are very tough to remove from your carpet, furniture varnish, mustard and decaf coffee (due to the makeup of the coffee after the caffeine is stripped out). 👍

I get asked a lot why should we scrub our carpets first ? This is why sometimes it is necessary to scrub a carpet and buff it instead of just going over the carpet with a wand, this two bedroom townhome had carpets that were completely soiled throughout so to cut through all the heavy soiling and be sure the pre spray gets to the bottom of the fibers you need to “power scrub “ the carpets first and than flush them out. You can see where we scrubbed the carpet without even extracting anything and it’s already looking a lot cleaner. In heavily soiled situations if you do not scrub the spray all the way down to the bottom of the fibers you could end up with spots wicking up out of the carpet days later because there was some soiling that was not broken down and as the carpet dries it will rise to the top of the fibers and even after drying it can do that. We probably saved the property management company somewhere between 1,000 to 2,000 yesterday. 💪
