We’re always trying out new breakfast ideas and today was a Cloud Egg Benedict. Combining French and American concepts, from the bottom up you have toasted buttered sourdough bread, Virginia ham, a baked meringue egg, hollandaise sauce, grated aged cheddar, and chives. Give us a 👍🏻 if you’d try it or 👎🏻 if it’s not your thing. And if you have any suggestions for breakfast ideas let us know. See you all soon!
