​Physical ability to climb ladders and lift heavy equipment.

Folks it's already happening! Be careful who you hire! Our prices never change without prior notice! Our normal pricing is $200 for a chimney inspection and $150 to $200 for cleaning! The past few days we have focused on elderly and single family homes. In some cases we discounted our pricing! We are currently fully booked until we figure out what the repercussions of this storm will be! Please hire a reputable company to service your needs! KNOW WHAT YOU'RE BURNING!
As everyone knows the hurricane downed quite a few trees in our area. Firewood is in full abundance everywhere! However, Firewood should be cut and dried properly. Please do not burn Firewood that has not been cured! Firewood that was cut and split after hurricane Helene is NOT cured yet! Typically, Firewood around here takes 8 to 12 months to to be considered fully cured! If you need cured firewood please contact Mike Hendrix at (803)924-8541

Dear customers,
As many of you know our community was hit hard by the hurricane. We are currently trying to get back to normal as some of our neighbors will not have power for up to the next 10 days. We are doing everything we can to help them out. Any normal scheduled inspections or cleanings will be postponed until October 15th. Storm damage inspections will take priority as some folks need immediate assistance. Be patient and we'll get you fixed up before you need a fire! Thank you all for understanding! If the top of your chimney looks rusted like this one did, give us a call! We’ve got you covered! This chimney was leaking and the homeowners didn’t even know it! Lucky for them, they had no internal water damage because we had a new custom chase cover fabricated and installed within 10 days!
