I would open my eyes and the fear was already waiting. How was I going to do this. How was I going to provide. What happens if it all falls apart today. No income. No degree. Three kids counting on me for everything and not a single dollar in my name.

I carried that dread every single morning. It was the first thing I felt and the last thing I thought about at night.
