Ideally, our home is a place where we can rest and relax. However, sometimes we find it hard to do that. The time you spend looking for objects, scrubbing the shower, and organizing could be time spent with loved ones, doing some self-care, or taking a deep breath.

Mess can easily lead to a nearly constant feeling of frustration as you struggle to complete daily tasks. One study found that women who had more clutter and mess in their homes had higher cortisol levels, the stress hormone. Dirtier and/or messier homes can also contribute to household chaos, which sadly is associated with negative emotions and stress, which in turn reflects on how we treat and react to others in our home.

So how do you take the time to clean it and KEEP it clean if we don't have that said time? You get on our schedule. Simple as that. Or if we aren’t in your area, find someone or a reliable company that does what we do.
