This client brought me a beautiful Toyota Celica that had a very unfortunate date with a sick pine tree.
I have never seen pine sap so thick before. The gooey mess was super difficult to remove from the roof, rear window, trunk, quarter panels and bumper. It took hours to remove it all with a combination of chemicals and various tools.
Once all the sap was removed I got to work on giving the car a much needed bath to include the door jams, fuel fill and the trunk jam as well as it was obvious it was collecting a lot of debris from the same tree that defiled the car in the first place.
Next came a solid polish which really made the paint pop like it should. And lastly, a good, solid coat of ceramic-infused wax to keep this work protected for about 6 months.
One of the most challenging vehicles I've had in the shop. But nothing has left without my stamp of approval that the best that could be done, has been done!

Meet Sgt. Kup! He is a First Generation Transformer (over 6 Million years old...) The owner has transformed this Silverado into a vehicle and will be showing it at the Pax River Aviation Museum in October alongside many other Transformer vehicles.

Although great care has been taken of this Chevy it needed a quaint facelift. After a solid bath and claybar to remove all the paint contaminants I did a one-step polish to remove minor oxidation and bring a ton of glass back to this beautiful green paint. There was a few small areas in which the owner used a paint correction pen in which I had to wetsand down to flat, compound and then polish. Looks like nothing ever happened there! After the polish I applied a 7-year ceramic to keep this paint protected! Lastly, the black textured trim was looking weak so I applied a glossy ceramic that makes it look better than brand new!

This is the third vehicle from an amazing client! This Honda CRV was brought to me for a full interior and exterior detail. And it really needed it!

After a solid bath to include claybar treatment to remove contaminants from the paint I brought it inside the garage to get started on the interior. There was an odor inside that suggested I should probably put on a mask and then prompted some further suggestions to ensure the vehicle is actually safe to occupy. Vacuum, complete surface cleaning, hardcore hot water extraction on seats and carpets and then I let the Ozone machine sit overnight to kill any remaining organic substances that would be causing the odor. To complete the job I replaced the cabin air filter. It doesn't just look clean...it IS clean and truly safe for the owner.

Then I got started on the exterior. a solid one-step polish revived the silver paint and relieved it of many of the scratches all around. I then applied a 7-year ceramic to the paint to keep it protected! Lastly, I applied a glossy ceramic to the black textured trim that looked like it had seen better days. It now looks better than brand new!

What's common among all these vehicles? They all had a ceramic coating applied by me here at Devil's Touch Detailing LLC in Prince Frederick!

Some of these vehicles were in dire need of work to correct and protect the paint. Now, with a 7-year coating applied, the paint is protected from the elements, hard water spots, bird droppings, bug guts, harsh chemicals, UV rays, etc!

Have you washed your car and seen the swirl marks in the paint that look like spider webs? Or have you washed your car and it still sounds like sandpaper when you rub the paint? I can take care of those issues and more. AND, you also get to take advantage of my maintenance washes to keep the coating conditioned and performing its best for the duration of the coating.

This Nissan Rogue was in for some much needed rejuvenation! The highlight of this detail was the black textured trim. You can clearly see how gray and faded it was around the entire vehicle. With a little magic (In the form of a 2-year ceramic specifically for textured trim) I brought it back to life!
We did a full wash and decontamination of the paint before pulling into the garage for a polish. The polish took out all the swirl marks and even softened up many of the deeper scratches that were present. Now they are barely visible!
After the polish I applied ceramic around the entire exterior of the vehicle. Smooth like butter! And protected from the elements!
After the exterior I turned my focus to the interior. This client had Weather Tech floormats (Which is a high recommendation) but there was still a lot of vacuuming that needed to be done. A deep clean of all the upholstery and hard panels and application of a UV protectant completed this vehicle!

Hey Calvert County! Guess what happens when all this snow melts? Your car or truck will be covered in the slush from driving on the roads that were treated with salt. That salt will begin to eat away at your clear coat and the undercarriage of your vehicle.

I'm pretty certain this is the first Subaru to come to my garage. I've been wanting to do one specifically for the extreme amount of textured trim Subaru likes to put on their vehicles. I ordered sun today but we got surprise snow instead. My apologies for the after pics...
This client brought me this Forester that has definitely been on an adventure or two. Certainly, the stickers on the luggage rack tell a story, but so did the inside and outside of the vehicle.
After a solid bath I went to work on decontaminating the paint in preparation for polishing. A one-step polish did an amazing job followed by application of a 7-year ceramic coating. After that I applied a beautiful coat of ceramic on all the textured trim. In the sunlight, it'll really pop!
Inside the vehicle was challenging. Most of the time was spent vacuuming. Pet hair can be difficult. Especially on carpet made to endure the elements like Subaru does. Hot water extraction on all seats and carpet followed by heavy cleaning on all hard surfaces. UV protectant was applied to all hard surfaces and windows cleaned. A complimentary coat of Rain-X on the windshield to cap it all off.

This Lexus LC500 was brought to me after the new owner had it shipped from a few states away. After a good close inspection it was determined that some work had to be done to restore the paint to his old glory again. From a distance it looked very nice. But up close and personal there were plenty of scratches and swirl marks that took away from the beauty of this gem!
After a deep wash and decontamination I assessed the level of polish needed based on the depth of the scratches. In many areas, a two-step polish was necessary to bring back the depth and shine of this beautiful blue metallic flake paint.
I finished it off with a 7-year JADE ceramic coating around the entire car that will protect that paint from darn near anything Mother Nature can throw at it.

My daughter's new-to-her Ford Ta**us! The years of neglect showed not just on the surface but inside all the doorjams, the hood and the trunk lid. All the buildup that nature drops on our cars can eventually lead to major problems such as body rot and leaks inside the vehicle.
After a heavy engine degrease and clean I got to work on the exterior with a brutal wash and decontamination. Just the decontamination (clay bar treatment) alone brought back massive depth and shine to the white paint.
Due to time constraints (This one was "spur of the moment) I only had time to protect with a coat of ceramic infused wax. This wax, unlike your standard carnauba wax, will protect the paint for up to 6 months! Which works in my favor because now I can schedule for full polish and ceramic coating...so stay tuned!

Wheels (wheel, tire, wheel well) and engine compartments...the armpits of the vehicle.

The first thing I noticed on the road is a vehicle's wheels. A clean car looks atrocious if the wheels are covered in brake dust. This is where I got ya covered.

Your mechanic cringes every time he opens a hood when the customer complains about an oil leak. If the engine compartment is clean, they can isolate the leak much faster. This is where I got ya covered.

My daughter recently purchased a used 2013 Ford Ta**us. To say it was "dirty" would be an understatement. It was nasty! Due to time constraints I only had time to do a DEEP cleaning on the interior and completely decontaminate the exterior. We had to drop the car off at the shop this morning for some necessary repairs so I didn't get time to polish and ceramic coat. But that will be done soon.
These photos are just a sneak peak of some of the nastiness I had to take care of with the engine compartment and the wheels/tires. More photos will be posted shortly.
