Job Description:
ServiceMaster Restoration & Cleaning Service is seeking a full-time, highly motivated Crew Chief and Technician. These positions provide emergency services to properties for water, fire, smoke, mold, and biohazard disaster events as well as residential and commercial carpet and upholstery cleaning.

Responsibilities:
-Emergency responses for water, fire, smoke, mold, and biohazard.
-Mitigation/Drying structures
-Remediation
-Use of specialty drying equipment
-Ability to work long hours under difficult physical conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
-Demolition and debris removal
-Carpet and Upholstery cleaning
-Cleaning and Maintaining company facility, vehicles, equipment, etc.
-Completion of all necessary documentation/paperwork

Job Summary:
Crew Chief:
Supervise the technicians, monitor the job’s progress including required daily measurements and adjustments, upload all required information into the management software and coordinate any actions necessary to ensure compliance with Insurance requirements. Communicate well to provide comfort and confidence to both the homeowner and the team, ensure all team members follow company guidelines and procedures, manage production expenses and keep control of all company assets including equipment and tools.
Technician:
Perform field work as part of a team or individually pertaining to residential and commercial carpet and upholstery cleaning as well as disaster restoration as described above. Will focus on meeting customer needs with great customer service, be a good communicator and problem solver and is eager to learn.

Employee must clear criminal background check, DMV history and pre-employment drug screening.

Salary: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Work Schedule: Full Time and 24-7 when on call
