Portable Toilet Route Driver
Join our team at Younce’s Septic Service Inc. in Eastern Kentucky!

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Complete required daily paperwork including route sheets and service calls.
• Deliver, service, and pick-up portable sanitation equipment in both small and large quantities.
• Maintain assigned routes given while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Work independently and productively while keeping open communication with the team.

SKILLS NEEDED
• Communication, listening, and observation skills are essential for identifying customer needs.
• Maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.
• Dependable and punctual qualities are of utmost importance.
• Ability to lift and move loads that weigh up to 80 lbs. regularly and repeatedly.
• Mapping and navigation skills are a plus.
• CDL preferred, but not required.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Insurable driving record with knowledge of Department of Transportation safety rules and procedures.
• Must be able to work in all seasons and weather conditions.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Availability to work all days of the week (weekends occasionally).
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record.
• Clean background check.
• Must be able to pass a drug test before hiring and at random.
• One reference from past job required.
