Howdy folks, this customer had their water main leak 3 times under their concrete drive way the last 7 years. Their house was built in 2006,slab foundation,with a pipe that is no longer used,Bruiser pipe.

They gave me a call and I rerouted their whole water main from their meter,poked through the foundation and garage slab and tied back into their main shut off in the garage.

A customer gave me a call stating they had a leak coming from the yard hydrant coming up from the ground. I arrived and unfortunately it was a bit bigger of an issue than they thought.

Their inch and a half PVC water main 3 1/2 - 4 feet deep (I dug part of the hole, customers landscapers finished digging a larger portion out and had to remove part of a planter) going to their house had a split in the Tee feeding the yard hydrant,there was also another Tee feeding irrigation coming off 3/4 PVC.

I was able to cut out the split t and the other pipes feeding the hydrant and irrigation ,unfortunately there was no other choice due to the proximity of the connections and location.

Got customers water back right before yesterday's storm came in.

Just got done installing this 40 gallon natural gas water heater located in a hallway closet. The customer's old water heater leaked and caused major damage, there was no pan. I was able to install a new water heater with a pan and routed the pan drain through two closets and poked it out the exterior of the house.
The customer is very happy and relieved that there was a way to get a pan drain out of the house,sometimes you just have to get creative

Dig jobs,no problem. This customer needed a pressure reducing valve installed and a new ball valve on their 3/4 soft copper water line going to their house.

They also needed 2 4inch SDR sewer cleanout risers repaired and capped.

This customer's brass waste and overflow on their tub crumbled and corroded apart after 40 years. Unfortunately there is another bathroom on the other side of the wall with a shower in the way so I cannot approach it from the front, luckily I was able to come in from the side and Chip away some of the slab to make some room and do the work.
