At Sexton Pest Control, we put people first. We make sure our team members have the tools, support, and training they need to deliver a delightful experience to every customer. Our friendly, warm work environment means great work gets recognized and rewarded. No experience? No worries. We will train! Do you like meeting new people and working independently? Can you work flexible hours and stay motivated, organized, and personable in all sorts of weather, with all sorts of customers? If so, you have what it takes to be a successful Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative, you can expect to:

•Answer incoming calls
•Process payments for customers and contact customers to collect payments for unpaid invoices.
•Schedule and reschedule service appointments for customers and technicians, schedule inspections for sales reps
•Creating new accounts and services for customers that call in, set up new services sold sales reps.
•Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently.


Required Experience: Are you the right fit? Prior customer service experience or pest control experience is a plus, but will train! Here’s what you’ll need to be a successful CSR:

·Self-motivation, resilience, and persistence.
·Strong people and communication skills
·Solid problem solving skills.
·Professional polish and a friendly demeanor.
