Just a friendly reminder to all clients 💕
When you receive your appointment confirmation text, please be sure to select an option — Confirm, Cancel, or Reschedule. These reminders are sent out 2 days before your scheduled cleaning to help keep everything organized and running smoothly.
If an appointment is canceled without responding to the confirmation text beforehand, cancellation fees will apply moving forward. Just as I always try my best to give a respectful heads up if anything changes on my end, I kindly ask for the same courtesy in return 🤍
Cancellation fees will be:
• $50 for maintenance cleans
• A percentage of the booked service for deep cleans
Thankfully, this has not been an issue so far, and I truly appreciate all of my amazing clients! This system is simply in place so I can properly prepare for the week ahead and keep business running smoothly and stable.
