Today was one of the most exciting days at the shop!!

The building is now Autofficina Complete Auto Care. The signs are up! We stood there like little kids waiting for it to get dark—just to see it lit up for the first time.

Seeing it in real life is different. This is no longer an idea. It is coming to life!

As many of you already know, Matt & Nick are the founders of Autofficina Complete Auto Care.

Over the next few months, we’ll be highlighting the people who make this possible—many behind the scenes, but just as important as the ones fixing cars or helping you upfront.

Anthony and Seth have been involved since the beginning. Both are freshmen at Pottstown High School, members of the basketball team and part of the Trojan Mascot Program, built on mentorship and brotherhood.

Seth is Nick’s son, and Anthony is Seth’s friend—and we want to thank them both for playing a role in making this possible. When they received their uniforms, they had some fun at school doing a mini photo shoot.

We appreciate everyone’s patience and support. A lot is happening behind the scenes, and we’re getting close to announcing our opening date.

Feels so good to be clean !!

This is the main work area. The shop is divided into 2 sections where work on vehicles will be done. Next step is to use the floor polisher and get those epoxy floors shining !!!

Our building has been serving the Pottstown area community a long time and we are excited to be the next business to serve you !

Originally built as Pottstown Tent Rental, it then served as Bikeline and Stowe Ski Shop. Many people shared their experiences patronizing both of those businesses with us, even referencing the “Old Bike/Ski Shop” in conversations.

After that, it was turned into Royal Customs and the Gazzos Steaks food truck before Gazzos moved to a storefront.

You can swipe to see how the building looked before its recent renovation. If we are missing anything from the timeline or anybody has any pictures or stories to share please reach out to us!

Hello everyone!

Lots of exciting things happening behind the scenes as we prepare to open! We chose the lion to symbolize Autofficina and our values.

Why the lion?

The lion has long stood as a symbol of strength, courage, and guardianship. It represents leadership, discipline, and the responsibility to protect what matters.

For us, the lion reflects how we approach our work — with pride, precision, and respect for the vehicles and people who trust us. It’s not just a symbol of power. It’s a reminder that true strength is shown through care, consistency, and doing things the right way.

Pretty soon we will be ready to post some pictures of the shop so you can see your new auto care home.

Welcome everyone!!

Matt and Nick are working hard to get the shop open so they can continue serving YOU -the Pottstown area community!!

We thought this was an excellent first post. How do you say our name? AUTOFFICINA is Italian for Auto Repair Shop. Complete Auto Care means just that.

As we near opening there will be more posts about us , our shop, and the services we will offer.
