Hi friends & , we're celebrating AGAIN!!🎉

Three years ago, McKinize joined the Polar Bear team, and we've been keeping her busy ever since! 😂

As our Dispatch and Marketing/Social Media team member, McKinize plays a big role in keeping things running behind the scenes. She's coordinating schedules, communicating with customers, keeping up with the crew, creating content, managing our social media, and helping make sure the Polar Bear name stays in front of our community.

Her creativity, organization, dedication, and willingness to jump in and help wherever she's needed have made her such a valuable part of our team.

We are so grateful for everything McKinize does and all the personality she brings to Polar Bear. Happy 3-year anniversary, McKinize! 🎉🐻‍❄️
