B.A.T.man Janitorial is accepting applications for part-time, seasonal, summer cleaners. We are looking for someone who can work 3-5 (possibly more) days a week during our busy summer season ( late May to August). This may include some weekend days. Shifts usually start between 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and are finished between 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Our summers are extremely busy and we need qualified candidates who are ready to work hard! This position is temporary and would be perfect for students who are looking for seasonal employment, but this could transition into more permanent, year round employment. Our seasonal, summer employment consists mainly of vacation rentals and large, summer homes. This is a very fast paced, but thorough job. Most of these jobs will be around Hayden, Coeur d'Alene and Twin Lakes in Idaho. You must be at least 16. You will need to have a working car and a valid drivers license for this job.
In addition to vacation rentals, we also do all types of home cleaning services as well as businesses. You may be asked to train on one of these types of jobs too.
We are not a run through cleaning company. We have high standards and cleaning methods that our clients expect of us. Qualified candidates will be expected to learn and use our methods. We provide all supplies and equipment required to do our jobs. Ninety-five percent of our products are worker and eco-friendly. While cleaning and hospitality experience would be a welcomed plus, they are not necessary. We are looking for candidates who are willing to learn, listen to direction, are honest and willing to work hard!
You must have the following basic qualifications. 1. You must be able to lift at least 40 pounds to your waist. 2. You must be able to stand, squat, walk, climb stairs, reach over your head, twist and turn. This is a physical job! 3. You must have a valid drivers license. 4. You must have a reliable vehicle. 5. You must be able to pass a criminal back ground check (if you cannot, I will ask why). 6. You must have a means of communication (phone is preferable).
In addition, we are looking for someone with the following qualities: 1. Honesty 2. Willing to learn new things 3. Able to listen and follow instructions 4. Able to give instructions, if required to 5.Able to work in a team 6. Able to work independently 7. Willing to communicate your concerns 8. Willing to accept constructive criticism 9. Willing to be flexible with time whenever possible 10. Punctual.
