It all started with Cecilia and Deana back in 2012. We founded Tidy Gnomes with one simple dream: to create more support, care, and connection in people’s lives.

What began as partners helping neighbors has grown into a q***r, women, and BIPOC-owned cleaning company that believes home care is heart work.

Together, we built Tidy Gnomes not just to tidy homes, but to remove the shame of asking for help and honor the value of domestic work.

I first met César back in Ecuador, and life’s twists and turns eventually brought these two Ecuadorians together again—this time here in Portland.
