We are looking for an individual willing to work and motivated to learn our trade. We have been a leading HVAC system cleaning company in Portland since 1975 - and we’re looking to expand. You will begin as an HVAC Cleaning Assistant on our trucks with the opportunity for promotion to an HVAC Cleaning Technician - running your own truck. Responsibilities:
A Willard Power Vac HVAC Cleaning Assistant will be responsible for supporting the HVAC Cleaning Technicians in their duties. The Assistant will follow the lead of the Technician and is responsible for learning and anticipating what the next step will be in the cleaning process, providing input where appropriate.
This will include, but not be limited to: making suction hose connections, laying out air hose, keeping job sites cleaned and orderly, and protecting customers’ property and belongings.
Qualifications:
Prior HVAC system cleaning experience is preferred, but not required. If no experience, we expect someone willing to work hard and learn quickly. Will, often, be expected to go into tight spaces and climb ladders. Must be able to work and communicate well with others and have good customer service skills. Will need to pass a background check and drug screen.
