Hello, portage and surround towns in the areas! I’m new to the area, but I have been doing residential, commercial, and construction cleans for close to a decade. And my entire upbringing, I have practiced great customer service and satisfaction!
I have recently moved to the Columbia/Marquette County Area. Therefore, I’m moving my cleaning business to the area, with me.
My offered services;
- [ ] Residential: Full Clean
- [ ] Residential: Partial Clean (you tell me what you specifically want done, if you don’t want a full service)
- [ ] Rental cleans (BB’s, VRBO, personal rentals)
- [ ] New Construction Clean (partial or full)
- [ ] Remodel Construction Clean (partial or full)
- [ ] Window Cleaning
- [ ] Spot Carpet Cleaning
- [ ] Low Maintenance can include, but not limited to: cupboards doors loose/falling off/, loose toilet seats, shelves, etc. (as I see fit during your services)
I will not do anything out of the ordinary without homeowners permission.
Rates for first clean will be slightly higher, than fixed rates after the first clean. Rates start lower for clients who choose to get on a specific schedule.
Scheduled cleans can be;
Weekly
Bi-Weekly
Monthly
(Getting on the schedule will give a discounted rate for all future cleans)
