People think work is just about earning a paycheck... but it should be so much more. 💙

At Spectrum Designs, our nonprofit social enterprise creates meaningful autism employment through inclusive hiring. Every custom merch order supports a neurodiverse workforce where people build careers through screen printing, embroidery, fulfillment, and more.

A great workplace isn't just where people work. It's where they build confidence, make friends, discover their strengths, and have the opportunity to truly shine.

Tag someone who believes everyone deserves a workplace where they belong. ✨

Our team’s movie taste is ALL over the place. 😂

For Fun Friday, we asked our team their favorite movies, and what a wide array of answers. 🎬

We’re a nonprofit social enterprise creating custom merch and promotional products while creating meaningful employment opportunities for autistic adults. And clearly, we’ve got a team with very different movie opinions.

Now we want to know: what’s your favorite movie? 👇
