“Elite mobile Rv Care, where do I start. This has been my best customer service experience in a long time, and I have been in the customer service industry for 26 years. Alex strives to please and he delivers. He is efficient, knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to do business with. I did my research, I called a few other places that I was referred to by local friends and I wasn’t impressed by their, lack of knowledge, follow up and customer service, specially their over priced parts and service quotes. So I picked up my phone went to my Google maps and searched mobile RV repair. I found just what I was looking for. From our initial contact, Alex stopped what he was doing and gave me his attention immediately. I needed the A/C unit replaced in our RV and he was familiar with the unit we had chosen to upgrade to and stated it was the best choice on the market today reassuring me that we were making the right decision, while the other places I had talked to did not give me that peace of mind. I could tell by what he was saying that he had experience with this install. He was confident but not arrogant. The price he gave me for the unit was not inflated. It was the same price I had seen the unit for myself. His price for service beat everyone else’s quote. We never spoke, it was all done by text which was extremely convenient to take care of business while I was at work and then he emailed me the actual quote right away for me to review and sign off on, extremely professional. We felt so comfortable with him that I mentioned some other items that needed to be addressed with the camper. Again, he stopped and quoted me right away and let me know that if we could address all of these on the same day there would only be one service charge and promptly emailed me a separate quote for those services as well.
He ordered the A/C for me and waited a week for us to be ready for the installation. We requested an afternoon appointment and he graciously accommodate us. I forgot to order a part we needed for the furnace and his answer was “don’t worry I’m sure I’ll be back and there will not be a separate service charge for that”. It is so refreshing to deal with a company that clearly and humbly aims to please the customer. In my experience these are few and far between.
Alex at Elite mobile RV Care is the exception.
It is No wonder he chose the word “Care “ in his business name. He truly cares about his interactions with his customers. He will be our GO TO for all our RV needs. We were so impressed by him that we referred him to our RV park manager as our preferred RV mobile service provider BEFORE he even serviced us. I texted him to ask for the company details for the referral and he sent me a snapshot of his business card and replied
“ I am very grateful for that and I will make sure your bill reflects it when we do all the work. You are awesome!”
Wow just Wow
And he kept his word too! On the date of service, he texted me when he was about 30 min away, no one was home and we had left the bathroom door open for him since he had already earned our trust. He showed up when he was expected to, worked carefully and diligently, addressed all of our needs and we had a freezing cold RV when he was done! The set up he has to help him remove and replace the A/C unit was impressive! After he finished the work he promptly emailed us the invoice and to my surprise the due date was May 5th when services were rendered on 4/21/2026! We were happy to pay it right away of course.
The perfect word to describe our entire experience with Elite mobile RV Care is EASY I didn’t have to run after them for the quote. I never had to wait too long for a reply. And everything he stated happened exactly as expected.
If you need ANYTHING done for your RV, you should reach out to Alex, he aims to please and does an exceptional job and you will be supporting a local family owned business. He services the Treasure Coast and goes all the way to Okeechobee too! I bet he would go just about anywhere to service his customers!”
