Rabies has been confirmed in the Arden community of Loxahatchee after a resident was bitten by a bat hiding inside a shoe near the 600 block of Hookline Circle. Animal Care and Control reports that the bat tested positive for rabies, and the bite victim is now receiving treatment.

Local authorities are urging Arden residents to keep pets indoors or in secure, fenced areas as a precaution. Rabies is a serious virus that can impact both humans and animals if left untreated.

Woodpeckers don’t just “go away”… they relocate 👀

Finished up this home:
✔️ Repaired all woodpecker damage
✔️ Installed visual deterrents
✔️ Applied smell deterrent

Everything sealed up and protected ✅

Then I walk next door… and guess what?
He already moved in with the neighbor 😂

(Yes… that’s him literally poking his head out like he pays rent)

This is why fixing the holes alone doesn’t solve the problem.
