We got refered to this home by one of our existing customers due to a "skylight" leak. Upon the "Free Consultation " we provided a "Roof Inspection". We discovered many issues due to poor "workmanship" install! Including, exposed seams in a seamless roofing system, re-used flashing, exposed flashing, damaged shingles, wind-damage, and poor install of roofing shingles.
