This time 19 years ago we opened the doors to our family owned and operated swimming pool store, Hammond’s Backyard Living.

We’re deeply grateful for the amazing support from our community and every loyal customer who’s trusted us along the way. Owning a small business is definitely not for the faint of heart and we couldn’t have done it without our loyal customers. We have survived hurricanes, floods and COVID.
We take great pride in offering competitive prices paired with high-grade pool chemicals that are a step above what you’ll find at the big box stores. Better quality, better value, and service from local people who actually know pools inside and out.

Please check your skimmer baskets. I had to empty mine twice today because of the wind blowing all of the leaves into the pool.

Good morning. Just a little reminder to check your skimmer and pump baskets after the high winds during the early morning hours. Remove all debris from your pool so you will not have circulation problems. Happy Saturday 😊

This extreme heat can cause water evaporation in your swimming pool. Remember to keep your water level up at all times. When the water level drops below your skimmer, it can cause severe damage to your pool equipment. Happy Swimming 😎
