I want to be as efficient as I can for you guys. With that being said, I will have to start implementing a policy… that policy is tidying up prior to me cleaning.

•Please have basic tidying done before I arrive to clean. Remember, the dirty floor cannot get scrubbed if the housekeeper can't find it! That is why it is important to pick up major things.

•Clear off bathroom vanities as much as possible and put personal items away where they belong. With these basics done, I will be free to concentrate on the kind of cleaning you have hired me to take off your hands.

I will be doing the best I can in hopes that you all will be satisfied with my services, and if you are not satisfied please don’t hesitate to tell me so that I can correct it.

I will be confirming the day before any scheduled cleaning and if you have requested a custom cleaning plan, I will reconfirm the details when I arrive to ensure I am doing everything you asked of me. I also ask that the house be unoccupied during the duration of the cleaning so I can work efficiently and in a timely manner!
