Dusteez Cleaning LLC is looking for a part-time Operations Coordinator to join our growing team! 💙
💰 Pay: $15/hour + bonus opportunities
⏰ Hours: Approximately 3–5 hours per week to start, with potential for growth!
💵 Bonuses: Earn an additional $25 for every new customer you bring in through networking once they complete their first cleaning!
Job Responsibilities:
* Attending local networking events and building connections
* Assisting with marketing and promotional efforts
* Helping manage social media accounts and create content
* Participating in community outreach and door-to-door marketing as needed
* Assisting with other day-to-day business operations
* Taking on additional responsibilities as the position grows
What We’re Looking For:
* Some experience with networking and social media and/or marketing
* Reliable transportation to attend local networking events
* Availability during afternoons and evenings
* A flexible schedule and willingness to adapt to changing business needs
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Someone who is outgoing, dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
🏡 This is a mostly remote position, with in-person networking and community outreach required. Hours may vary depending on business needs, and responsibilities may expand as our company continues to grow!
