Good afternoon everyone. Now is an excellent time to go over how to keep your workspace clean and healthy. When you go on your coffee breaks, lunch break and before you leave for the day, it would be a good idea to use a sanitizing wipes and wipe down your entire workspace it will take a few wipes. Remember to wipe down your phone your mouse your keyboard as well as your cell phone or tablet. The surfaces should be allowed to dry on their own, do not dry them right away. Don’t forget to wash your hands often and have some hand sanitizer available if you can’t wash your hands as much as you like. Try to avoid handshakes and hugs during this time so as to not inadvertently spread any germs remember it’s also the flu season as well as allergy season. Hello everyone! Yes it’s been a while and yes we are still here! It has been pretty busy here even with it being “off” season which has been fantastic! However, I do have a couple of openings that I would love to fill. If you or someone you know, has any interest in having a house cleaning this might be the time. Kids are back in school and the Holidays aren’t too far away

As we all know it is flu season and it’s a doozy this year! Here are a few tips to keep it at bay:

Wash your hands, with hot water and soap, frequently!
Avoid hugging, kissing,and handshaking anyone who is sick

Wipe your phones and other devices down - do not spray your devices directly though

If you work in an office spray/wipe your desks down when you go to lunch and when you leave for the day; also take mugs, and any dishes home for a run through the dishwasher

Lysol and Clorox make great products for around the house and office

At home: wipe fixtures, door k***s, devices etc. frequently
