Why SoftWashing lasts longer than power washing. 🦠🧬🧫🔬

SoftWashing is a “low pressure system” which consists of a combination of surfactants that sanitize and kill organic growth.

Or, more accurately, it DISINFECTS. It gets rid of all those things that make your home dirty! Fungi, moss, mold, algae, mildew, lichens, and more…of the Funky Bunch!

It gets into those porous materials and kills all organic growth at the cell level! No wonder this method here in Florida is so successful and can last anywhere between 3 to 5 years, depending on your home’s environmental conditions. It will also depend on your preference for how clean you want to maintain your home.

The humidity and hot summer definitely don’t help! It is the perfect environment for organic growth.

🌿 The good news is that softwashing uses less water than pressure washing does; it will not put the same demands on the local water source that the higher-pressure option will. On top of that, a softwashing's solution is biodegradable, so it will not hurt the nearby greenery.
