Hey friends...

I'm doing something this Friday that I think I trained myself to forget.

Not because it didn't matter.

But because sometimes life pulls you so far away from the things that made you feel alive, you start convincing yourself you're over them.

But I was never over it.

Horses have been part of my life since I was 5 years old.

I had my first pony at 7.

I grew up riding, training, showing, and competing in A-circuit shows across the Midwest. Horses were not just a hobby for me. They were part of who I was.

And this Friday, I get back on a horse.

After months on a waiting list, the trainer called me today and I booked my lesson.

It feels like a full circle moment.

One I didn't even realize I needed this badly.

I can't wait to share some pictures of me back up high where a part of my heart has always belonged.

Fresh floors. Clean bathrooms. Move-in ready. ✨

Today's focus was all about the finishing touches.

Over the weekend Bobby tackled the guest bathroom tub and shower, and all the window tracks. I handled the vanity, mirrors, sinks, toilet, floors, and final detail work throughout the home today.

His help was absolutely invaluable. Having an extra set of hands made the entire process smoother, and I'm grateful for the teamwork. ❤️

Another beautiful project complete. 🐝

Our love bug, Savannah, turns 8 today.

She was our first born and the little girl who taught me how to be a mom. She is smart, creative, compassionate, and keeps us learning right alongside her.

We're taking a little time to celebrate our birthday girl and make some memories together.

❌ Said bird pooping all over the upstairs windows while trying to escape

My Mama Be Clean LLC order showed up yesterday and it couldn't have come at a better time.

One of my favorite things about this laundry powder is that my clothes come out feeling clean... not coated in residue. No overpowering scents. Just fresh, clean laundry that actually feels like laundry should.

Busy week. Tired body. Full heart.

Two homes. Two very different projects.

The first home in this video is a property being prepared for sale. Clean, bright, and ready for its next chapter.

Then you'll see me transition into a recent move-in after renovation work, where a fine layer of drywall dust had settled throughout the home.

I'm still working through this one. Floors, windows, and the entire upstairs are still ahead of me.

Every project is different, but the goal stays the same...
