Just got a phone call from the sweetest older lady ever. She was calling to inquire about a past employee. However, I’ve only ever gone the 1099 route which is technically like a subcontracting situation and never official employees as that route just doesn’t fit my business model or goals for what I do.
I also have never met anyone who goes by the very unique name I was given that I’m not even going to try to spell.

She was persistent and just knew that I was mistaken so she really tried to help me remember. Even after her saying this person worked for me in 2018 and my response was that I had not yet started the business in 2018, she wasn’t ready to give up. Her final question was, “this is A Servant’s Heart Cleaning services Calgary, right?”
No ma’am, I’m in Gettysburg, Pa which is in the US.”

“Oh my goodness I have the wrong number!”
She says before abruptly hanging up.

That was too funny and now I just want to know the backstory and how to spell that name so I can look up its origins.

I’ve been able to offer estimates on some really unique homes, lately. This beautiful house in Gettysburg, was no exception!
It’s definitely not everyday that I even see, not to mention, get to provide a quote on a home that has a hidden room. There’s a specific spot on the bookshelf that you push and it pops right open. It was pointed out that it is not a bomb shelter, but a storm shelter he had installed for his wife. This home will be hitting the market, hopefully in mid to late May!

74° and sunny is absolutely weather for today’s spring time, window cleaning service add-on. Time to get to work and prepare this beautiful, three story townhouse for the family that will soon call it home!
