Hi all!

Just an update for the upcoming month. As some of you know I am currently working on my own and I’m from the east coast. I am looking at hiring since business is bumping (thanks everyone!). My brother is getting married the beginning of November and I will travelling from October 22nd-November 9th!

I will not be able to schedule anything during those two weeks, but will get everyone when I am back!

DIY Cleaning - Smelly Shoe Refresher

This is a great little recipe (easy + quick) you can do on your own! Think of those workout shoes you wear all the time or those summer shoes you don’t wear w socks (we all do it). Instead of giving up because they get a little stinky try this out!

1 cup cornstarch
1 cup baking soda
10 drops of essential oil (I like lavender, orange or lemon, thyme/rosemary also acts as a cleaner)

Mix it all up (I like to use a mason jar)
Sprinkle in your shoes over night
Dump the powder in the am

So y’all can put a face behind the name and dm’s/texts!

I’m Nat - the Owner and CEO of Refresh Holistic Cleaners

I hail from Massachusetts (please dont hold that against me, I drive normally now but still root for the Pat’s)

I have been out west for 10 years - moved to CA, AZ now here! I have been in the corporate world for the past 10 years which has taught me A LOT and I am so grateful to have the skills I have been able to transfer over.

I love nature, people, good books, deep conversations, animals, Italian food and more!

I have another business called Grain & Grove where I turned a 1969 Horse Trailer into a cute Western themed Mobile Saloon; used for weddings, markets, festivals, events and more. I am also a Holistic Coach and Yoga Therapist; offering breath work, meditation and lots of other modalities for natural healing!

I created these businesses to support my major goal of the non profit: The MotherTree Foundation. The mission is to break the cycle of su***de, chronic mental health and disease, trauma by providing accessible holistic tools, education and advocacy. Part of the non-profit is a holistic rehab (I guess you can call it) where I want to help those who have had intense trauma heal and gain job skills to feel confident about going out in the world after they feel healed! So these businesses are creating opportunities to for others to learn skills, responsibility, gain confidence and empowerment and get back on there feet.

Let’s talk showers 🚿 with glass doors and how to leave a clean and streak free shine!

1. Spray with a mixture of half vinegar and half water
2. Let it sit for a minute
3. Wipe off with a non scratchy sponge
4. Rinse with water (if you have a retractable shower head use that if not just fill a pitcher or bucket with water)
5. Use the squigie to remove excess water
6. Buff off with a microfiber towel

VOILA! (If you have a lot of soap scum tune into another post on that)

Hey all, I am Nat and welcome to Refresh!

When someone told me to think about opening a cleaning company I was like, uhm no thanks

Then after thinking about I remembered that whenever I have a friend that is busy, needs help etc. I am of course, there to listen, but I also will come over and cook for them them and clean there house so they can feel like they can take a breather and can relax and feel nourished

I believe that our environments can really have an effect on our mental health, and sometimes we live in a world where we cannot do it all in one day

So I created refresh to help others feel grounded in there spaces and feel like they can breathe by getting some help and taking a task off there plate! Whether it’s a full clean, partial clean, organization help, home clearing we got you!! I guess we can make you food too upon request LOL. We are taking new clients starting the first week of October
