First and last time ill touch one of these. This is a steel Mikvah (Jewish Ritual Bath). Customer asked if he thought i could put a liner in here as he was tired of repainting the steel every year. I didn’t realize and wasn’t informed that there was a separate reservoir of rain water that we couldn’t drain. The challenging part was there was no way to secure the liner to the steel as we couldn’t screw any securing method in the steel as it would allow the naturally gathered water to enter the bath water. What should of been an easy renovation turned into a disaster. Landscaper/Paver company didn’t have much experience with pools. Another perfect example of why hiring a certified pool service technician even for something as routine as a pool opening can save you thousands in the long run.

This pool began losing water shortly after it was opened by another company. Unfortunately, they forgot to install a ladder bumper, allowing the ladder to tear the new liner. As the water leaked out the groundwater pressure built up underneath the pool, causing the liner to float and ultimately tear at the main drains.

We were able to rush a replacement liner, get it manufactured, and have the new liner installed all within one week.

Attention to detail matters. Sometimes it’s the smallest overlooked item that leads to the biggest and most expensive repairs.
