Even on Christmas Eve we’re out bringing relief to customers! This customer called this morning to schedule a routine cleaning but around 8:30 tonight they called me back stating it was backing up into their basement and they had a full house of people. We had the pump truck there in about an hour. Talk about 24/7 emergency service!

Out today doing effluent pump and riser installations for multiple customers. At Rob Moore & Son Septic Service we take immense pride in our installations and do it correct the first time. Our effluent pump installations include replacing every part inside your grey water tank such as your floats, wires which are crimped and heat shrunk together with die electric grease and brand new 2 in. PVC Schedule 40 pipes with union fitting connections.

It’s been a busy holiday weekend for us with calls coming in non stop. We had many customers this weekend that we had to dig up their lids due to other haulers completely missing them.

We are extremely proud to be apart of the group of people who get up, put their work boots on and make this country run without them we wouldn’t be able to live the life we live. After all we make the world run one septic tank at a time!

There hasn’t been a day where we haven’t had the trucks out and we are beyond grateful to have a customer base who trusts us in providing professional and quality services.
